My morning coffee show! Thx Norm. Sure seems to be a lot of Marten tracks in your area. I like seeing you catch them. They are a beautiful little critter. I caught a Marten on my last run and I was so excited as my line isn't known to have Marten. That is the second one I have caught in 42 years of trapping. I hope they are moving in and can get a foothold. I sure enjoyed your show Norm. Keep them coming! Take care my Friend

Awesome video Norm, I would have the gear box rebuilt at 25,000km but there are so many 900 ace in Labrador with 50,000 + kms without issue that I wouldn’t even worry about the engine, they are bullet proof. Thanks for taking the time to make the video, nice Marten. Cheers

It's nice to have some extra hands to get some work done, but it does mess up your routine. Good to see you back on the trail and getting some fir Norm. I have seen this river in the summer and use to guide for fishing trips on the lake that feeds it. Yes I have snares out for wolves. They were around but no luck yet Fox. Take care buddy

Hi Norm, as always I enjoyed your video---just like being out on the line with you. Years ago I spray painted my main setter a bright red because I also had a habit of leaving them at a set. Living that far north. I don't know if ya know what a groundhog is but here in the states. We refer to them as fury meterologist's who live in a hole they dig out in the ground & only do one weather report a year on February 2nd. Well l hate to break your heart Norm but that fury meterologist Phil Groundhog said spring will be 6 weeks early this year.

They are usually ready in the morning. I can leave them in my porch if I need to till later that night if they are thawed. Porch can be cooled easy.
