The mission, Alone, is both intense and way difficult than any other COD missions I've ever played. Gladly, the more I played Alone, the better tactical advantages I came up with. It's still hard, though, but I highly enjoyed it. This new Modern Warfare 2 is such a worthy play.

Everything in this 1 hr video is beautiful and brilliant! The figuring out of the code to the safe, the takedown of some Shadows in that one corner, your comms with Ghost, your commentaries, EVERYTHING. I've seen other gameplays of this mission but nothing beats yours, Sir. This is my fav mission of yours now, I'll be watching this on repeat. I love it!❤️ And also, that first freaking dog in the cage scared the devil out of me.

I was waiting for this part, is so good, I don't know if is accurate to real life, but I like that ghost tells jokes to soap, like he is injured, outgunned, and out number with no backup so having his senior joking a bit helps to break the tension and stuff.

As much as I loved this mission, once I figured out how to execute it properly. The one thing that irked me, was the barrage of armored troopers at the end. It forces you to literally bunker down in a building, front sight posted on a door...and just mag dump on full auto. It hurts my tactical side. But at the same time, flipping it to Auto and dumping mags into those guys was satisfying in itself. Another great mission GLID!

Even THIS civilian with military family knows NOT to use a flashlight when enemies are searching for you. Played enough of The Last of Us, watched the Hunger games and have enough sense of mind to understand that tidbit *without* military training. Kinda wish there was a way to reduce the unnecessary chatter without muting Ghost. The banter between Ghost & Soap is great.

This game really lost the balls it had in the previous game. Civilian kills cause a game over, for one. Even when they level a weapon at you in the border crossing mission. But also the story at some points seems edited near release to be less gruesome. Like apparently the entire town in this level actually is gang territory. The entire population is in on the business. Not a single person is an uninvolved civilian. It looks like they added NPC voice lines saying "This is Las Almas territory!" or other pro-cartel speech to lessen the impact of a genocide.

When you're done with this game, I'd love to see you play through the original Modern Warfare Trilogy. The missions aren't quite as authentic as Modern Warfare 2019 or 2022, but they're a lot of fun and you'll see a lot of the inspirations for missions in 2019 and in 2022 in specifically Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare

This was nerve wrecking, felt like I was in there with you. Great work G. You did some great work there.. messed up the Shadows real good. Job well done.. survived and got out. Slow is smooth and smooth leads to survival. Stayed calm and knifed them. Burnt a few and took out limbs off some. It was fantastic to watch.
