Me too, and I’m a man. It always gets me when their mate especially, comes to surprise them. Woniya is just such a special person that all her fans were rooting for, when she won it was awesome. Especially when initially it looked pretty bleak for her chances to stay, based on what was actually happening, or what they wanted us to think, lol.

I just finished Alone: Frozen Last night. Really awesome that they let your partner fly in, didn't know about the restrictions, so nice to hear the backstory from your point of view. You're very well spoken and your thoughts really flow from topic to topic. For me, this was one of my most favorite seasons to watch and really happy to see you prevail and also not only endure but to love being out there. I think that's one of the key insights you provide is the mindsight when approaching wilderness living is not to endure/suffer but to love and be in tune with what you're doing. I think that's a major factor for your success is your mental game is seemingly unfazed. Congratulations on the win, the ending was epic!

Congrats! You are such a remarkable woman Woniya. I could go on and on. I love watching Alone and the fans all have their favorites or who they want to win, but I believe you're all winners. I especially love you and Callie. I know you're a crafter, but if you ever want a nature journal, I would be honored to make/gift you one .🥰

Thank you very much. I just learned about burning salty wood and such. I can't imagine having such down-to-earth and genuine people like you in my life. Everyone is so fake and silly these days. Of course a very big reason for this is that people spend so much time and energy making a living and trying to get ahead in our fake society that there is very little time and money left for worthwhile pursuits. Your family, neighbors, and friends are very lucky to have you in their lives.

Yay Woniya! I rooted for you in Season 6 and was thrilled to see you win on this Season. I so appreciate your positive spirit, your ability to roll with whatever happened, your explanations of what you were doing and why. It's about time a woman won and in fact, the women were the final three! Your reaction to winning, to being the first woman to win made me weep. You are an incredible role model and my new hero. I would love to take a workshop with you. Hope you are able to schedule some for this year!

Congrats! I was so happy to see you win! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. The episode title, "The bitter end" had me thinking you might not make it to the final day. Great review too! I did think Taylor might have been a good cameo to talk about the lead-up to the reveal. Maybe he could be in another video with more behind-the-scenes details on the final day and events after? Again, congrats on this huge achievement!

Thanks again for being such a fascinating woman and role model. It was a joy to watch you experience your incredible journey, and I'm grateful to Juan Pablo for being on Alone Season 9. Had he not been from my community I never would have watched the show at all, would not have researched other participants' reviews and subsequently would not have learned about you. I'll be sure to buy your books when they debut. Thanks so much, and much luck and good fortune (spiritually) to you and Taylor.

I really appreciate your way of thinking. American culture needs strong, grateful leadership like the Alone participants! In a disposable world were most use and discard at will with no consideration of the consequences, its awesome see you show respect, resilience and teaching people that loves not easy. I did basic training and winter survival training in Alaska simultaneously. It was brutal. Your challenge is more difficult. We had company, even though, not aloud to speak to fellow recruits, and a mean as hell 1st srgt. They worked us harder but we had better resources Keep up the good work God Bless You !
