Buy 5 grand worth of equipment practice for 10 years. Also IS lens and a camera with IS in 4K steady you handheld movements by locking arms close to the body. Run warp stabilizer or some kind of stabilization in post. Film at 60 fps or 120 fps put on a 24 fps timeline and slow it down.
