Casey Neistat has been working out of this TriBeCa office for about 10 years. He moved to LA in 2019 and I took over the lease in August. It's been a great 6 months so far, and looking forward to making videos out of here throughout 2020. Words cannot explain how thankful I am that I call this space mine now.

Love that you made that place your own while still having a lil bit of history in it. I think what would make that boosted board wall pop is if you add some kind of light at the top so that it shines down on the board. It could be a coloured light or just plain white would really make that wall look complete

Congrats! I’m a film/tv composer and moved my studio recently in LA. It’s not kosher but I HAVE to have a window and was lucky to get a big window looking out over LA. Gotta have it!! I would imagine that’s a huge plus in downtown NY for sure! My internet is only 4mbps though, yes FOUR, turns out I’m in a funky spot and can’t go higher, ugh! 👍
