Spending time alone healed me but at the same time being to much alone made my mental go crazy. I have the worst anxiety at the moment. I am thankful for your‘e video. I try to focus on painting and stuff.. I have even forgotten that I have one talents like painting and cooking. My depressions don’t let me do a lot but Hobbies can make you very confident so I try my best.

because you asked: yes, i like the top. i think it is just one of those things you have to get used to if it is not a silhouette you gravitate towards, but i don’t think you have to force yourself to like it either… if you’re not feeling it, then you’re not feeling it-there are other factors outside of appearance that influence decisions. as for the coat, i liked the puffer w/ the buckle.

i’m 27 with severe social anxiety. i’ve had it since I was 15, that’s when it got so bad that I stopped leaving the house all together. I don’t want this life anymore though- I don’t want to see my friends and family experience life without me but at the same time my body feels frozen when I need to go out alone. I think I need to find comfortable and love within myself so I go experience life without the weight of other people on me. it’s so difficult but I hope it’s something we all master

It is understandable to feel like that in this big city. However, if you try to push yourself out of your comfort level and talk to people despite race and nationality, you will find your own best friends and potential partner. I also felt like that in nyc since I am a European from Greece, but my authenticity and Greek hospitality did not let me feel down with this busy and fast pacing environment of nyc. I live in nyc and I am open for connection.

Boss. A suggestion when you standing on the subway platform make sure you put your back to the wall. ( even if the wall is not clean ) You never know when some nutjob decided to push you onto the tracks, or into the oncoming subway train.
