Kurt has charm, he's good with people and ready to jump into any situation with strangers. I have watched 6 videos so far (Venezuela, Peru, Papua New Guinea, Kenya and 2 Bangladeshi). In this video, though, I can see some uneasyness in him. Don't blame him: Been to Dhaka I know how intense it can be. Shooting a video must make it many times more intense! Madness, Kurt says, a few times. That's what traveling in Dhaka (etc.) feels like: you love it and hate it at the same. And showing this Kurt is good at. But even in Dhaka you can find surprisingly quiet alleys between busy roads. No cars, no rush. But as Kurt is #1 toughest traveler he takes you right into action.

If you don't have anything, you can't lose much more. People don't care to give something; they've simply lost the will to care. I think because people in disadvantaged / poor positions often develop inferiority complexes and automatically respect more those who are "better" than them.
