As somebody who loves playing this style, I can give you a few hints if you're interested. - Berserk is overrated. Since you take 2fat from dodging an attack, you get stammed out really quickly, thus don't have enough fat for fat even if you have the AP. - Because of the fat situation, you're also best suited for battleforged. You can either go for insane fat and try recover or just go fat neutral meaning only doing a single standard attack each turn. It means you don't need to skill fat and can skill hp and resolve instead. - Axe is probably the best overall weapon as swords suuuuuck against armor. Hammer is decent, but kinda meh against anything unarmored. - Since your bro is so insane, percentage perks like colossus, fortified mind and lone wolf are insane and you should take all of them. Fearless is also insane since you'll have max resolve bonus. - Morale checks are your most likely way of losing later, especially geists and ancient priests. But if you have resolve of 120, geists will have minimal chance to scare you. With lone wolf and fortified mind this means 86 resolve before the +25% and +15% attack. Keep in mind that you get +10 from your player trait, +10 from 12 arena wins and an easy +5 from the alp necklace. This means that you only need 61 base resolve (the one you see when applying rolls) to "max out" your resolve to a point where the enemy will only roll 5%s! - The "basic" perks for a lone wolf run are considered to be colossus, lone wolf, underdog, battleforged and killing frenzy. Everything else is up for debate, but the mentioned perks are basically some that you really, really want and need if you ever want to kill an entire big orc camp by your own (which you actually can with a lone wolf!)

@@ImpactEasy Also: Don't be afraid to just start over. Since you lvl to 11 so fast, it's way easier to build a new, superior hedge knight instead of trying and failing again and again with an inferior build. Believe me, I've tried way too hard to make builds work that only looked good on paper.

The new company banner/flag or whatever you want to call it was patched into the game over 1 year ago because of the german youtuber and streamer "HandofBlood" who played the game in a youtube series. The gamedevs, being german, just "honored" his work for their game, because of handofblood their game had a new peak in germany

Hitting space, to let your character wait on the turn, reduces that character's initiative for the next turn. That is why you get poor queues.

@@ImpactEasy yeah, unless you have a Relentless perk. but it is 0 reasons to take it for heavy battle forged bros. it is only working with nimble build, when your bros have armor no more than 15 fatigue penalty in total.

That last fight against the necromancer was just goofy. You killed so many zombies he started thinking you were invencible, and then his survival instincts shut down and he sat there waiting to be killed! I can tell this is going to be a struggle, so my advice would be to maybe look into getting Fearsome? Since you already plan on having very high resolve and speced into the two-handed sword, which is pretty good at hitting multiple enemies.

This will be quite the challenge! I'd say if you can make it to the first crisis, then you can recruit fellow hedge knights. Because I don't know if it is possible to solo most midgame locations.

This run will be a solo adventure. Interested on how it plays out. In the future if we try the challenge again I may hire a few elite bros to help.

Once you get 2 hedge knights *other than the lone wolf* there is a chance for an event that can kill any of them. So it isn't the best in the long run.

I had a character with light armor, nimble relentless and dodge perks, then I just put points into initiative. The heavy armor lowers initiative a lot and so does having a lot of built up fatigue. Also if you want advice go with executioner and crippling strikes, they pair well with each other

This challenge will be a solo. I've never attempted this challenge before so I'm interested on how it will play out. If we try the run again hiring a small group may be a good.

Might want to think about Recovery for yourself as a perk if your staying as a lone wolf

As I learned during this playthrough Recovery would have been a better pick then some others.

easiest lone wolf strategy: Grab a 2 hand axe, the basic perks for lone wolf campaign, then use whirlwind. Then kill some high reward targets, get yourself a legendary 2 hand axe and youre done. No point using other weapons.

initiative is supposed to drop mid battle as you use up your stamina. quick break and initiative rises, simple as that.

I've never played before but could your late movement be because you like heavy plate armour and think that those in leather are just stupid? That could be why you move so late, but it's just a random thought.

Yes there is an option for that. It can be quite expensive depending on the armor and how damaged it is at the time.
