Red snapper, papa frites, and platanos fritos, I've had that same meal countless times in coastal towns from Mexico to down much of the Central and South American coastlines. This guy knows how to travel, he goes into some places that I would normally avoid, like tough barrios. It's amazing what you find off the beaten track, the best thing is the people in these countries, I've had people I just met and talked to for a while invite me into their homes to share their food with me, or take me fishing with them, or give me rides, they are glad and proud to teach you about their culture and customs. Many are very poor, but they will gladly share the little they have with you.

Choroní y Mérida son probablemente los mejores lugares de Venezuela. Este Paraíso y el nulo turismo se explican por lo jodido de la situación política y económica del país. En el vídeo no se muestra nada de eso ni tampoco hay porqué mostrarlo. Siempre amé Choroní. En el vídeo se siente todo. Y me dió una nostalgia inmensa. Muy bien hecho, grato. Y la compañía muy dulce.
