Weeping angel; gets enraged when it touches you, or gets tranquilized, where it is actively looking for you, and will never de-aggro. (from my knowledge) (Also, I think you can lose it when it's a weeping angel and enraged)

Another tip. In lockers, even if he sees you go inside, you are completely immune. He will immediately leave you alone and run off.
