What I love is that,while being the brilliantly creative artist that he was,Bobby was still pure South Philly,accent and all.Having just listened to "Bayina" again,in memory of Pat(now both he and Bobby)I wanted to know more about Mr.Rose.So rewarding!Thank you!!

I saw Pat and Bobby in about 1977 in Boston and it was just the two of them and it was great. Pat and Bobby both were both playing L5s. I'm thankful I had the opportunity to hear them together. I enjoyed this!

Great interview with the Great Bobby Rose. I love KZbin for things like this. I have a bootleg cassette tape (sorry!) with a 1977 duo gig with Pat Martino & Bobby, the sound quality is very bad but the music is really amazing! I love the Joe Diorio story…. Best of all, Bobby!!!! ettore
