Like if the video of Kevin smith talking about john peters obsession with giant spiders brought you here lol

it's cool that somebody had a camera handy during this historical event so that we could see it so many years later and then a second camera, so that we could see it being watched on a TV, just like in olden times

@Buemmo do you know how the square-cube law even works? Basically, it means that if you enlarge an object by a factor x. The forces that work on it are magnified by x³, but the structural integrity of the object is only magnified by x². meaning that you can't just make objects larger and hope they are still stable. If you take a human being and make it 50 times larger but identical in every respect, it cannot support itself and bones will break under its own weight.
@LordofFear69703 жыл бұрын
If this could be built I wound drive this to work instead of a car

ROFL same here, someone needs to get rid of the hairdresser gone movie producer and never let him touch another movie again. His ideas are beyond assanine, lol "spiders are the most dangerous insects in the insect kingdom". Seriously how do people like that become succesfull movie producers?
@nageljeuk13 жыл бұрын
@Buemmo it's not about speed, it's about that it would collapse under its own weight. The configuration of moth arthropods is actually really, really, really, inefficient, no larger animals have their libs positioned at the side of their body but have their legs going downward because it's almost impossible to support your own weight otherwise, especially with such slender limbs..

@nageljeuk judging from my previous comment you should have expected that I know what the square cube law is. And i still think that its possible to build a machine of that size and it should still be able to move. Of course this machine is really (really) slow compared to a real spider but its still able to move itself
