Ingredients: Gram flour: 1paav or 250gm Potato: half kg Capsicum: 2 chopped Green chillies: 4-5 paste Grated coconut: small cup Curry leaves: little Mustard cumin : 1 tablespoon each Urd dal: 1 spoon Bengal gram: 1 spoon Turmeric: little Salt: as per taste Oil for frying Coconut chutney: Coconut: grated half Roasted gram: 100gm or half pav Tamarind: 1 spoon Green chillies:3-4 Coriander: little Salt: as per taste

This sweet lady reminds me of the very sweet lady that stayed at my mother in laws house for 22 yrs and cooked so wonderfully and was truly part of the family seeing my husband and brother grow up. I got the pleasure of meeting her after my wedding for a few weeks as I had to return to North America soon. She was a devout Madhwa lady and cooked with love and devotion and a great heart. Lived alone later till 96, up at 4 am to go to temple and maintain that discipline. What a great generation these people come from 🙏🏼
