Logic question : Let's say for 1kg biryani I will use 250ml oil, 4 spoon salt, 2 spoon ginger and garlic paste, and so on. Then, for 2kg biryani, do I just need to multiply all items by 2? Please answer...

Yes... Double ke liye quantity double kar den. And if you want to make 1/2 kg, then reduce quantity of everything by 1/2 half.
