all purpose flour half kg
salt 2 tsp
water as required
for layering
ghee 3 tbs
flour 3 tbs
➡➡for filling
boiled potatoes 6
salt 2 tsp
red chilli flakes 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbs
green coriander half cup
chopped ginger 1 tsp
green chillies 2
chaat masaala 2 tsp
crushed coriander 2 tbs
crushed and roasted cumin half tbs
turmeric 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
cacarway(ajwain) 1 tsp
