Sir in Pakistan we make it almost in the same way except we add aloo when qeema is cooked and ready for BHUNAIYEE then add little water to let aloo cook and absorb qeema flavour

My parents belong to Ambala, I was born at Karachi and still there. My late mother used to cook Aloo Qeema exactly in this way with minor differences, like there was no _Dhaniya Dandi_ and the special _Masala_ you prepared; this magic belongs to *Ranveer Barar* only, I am sure these two ingredients enhances the flavor to the next level. Mutton keema + potato ka combined taste ka mujhe idea nhi but i am damm sure ye bhi bahoot delicious hoga............and one thing VEGAN people can try same recipe with soya chunks ..... Soak soya chunks in hot water.... Then squeeze all water and crushed chunks in mixer..like keema and used as keema and also add 1tbs chicken masala while putting all masalas in gravy and in the end add some garam masala.....and rest of all which ranveer sir has mentioned, And enjoy your VEG ALOO KEEMA ❤❤🥦🥬🥕 i had made it and the taste was really awesome

Love it! One suggestion/request - Can we please get recipes with black peppercorns in it to be measured in TSP and not in numbers? In a few previous recipes, while cooking I feel I add less when I go by number of peppercorns. Proportion wise TSP works better for me personally. Could be wrong.
