Ingredients:
potatoes 1/2kg
chillies green 5-6
salt, black pepper 1tsp
ajwaen, black seeds pinch
Add all the above ingredients along with potatoes in the cooker add half glass of water and 1/4 cup of oil. Pressure cook until the first whistle on medium flame enjoy with mint chutney.
Okra or behind cut it in half fry in 1/3cup oil with salt and pepper until crisp.
Turmeric milk : in hot milk add pinch of holding powder along with 1/4tsp honey.
Drink it warm. It has numerous benefits. Headaches, joint pains, any type of pain in body will be cured in no time. Tried and tested. This milk can only be used instead of a painkiller. People with health issues can discuss with their doc.
