Aloo Laccha Paratha ll Warki Aloo Bhara Crispy Paratha Recpie in 10 minutes by livelycooking
Ingredients
All purpose flour half kg
Salt 2 tsp or to taste
Oil 1 tbs
Water as required for kneading
For stuffing
Boiled and shredded potatoes 03
Salt 2 tsp
Onions chopped 1 medium
coriander fresh 2 tbs
green chillies 02
red chilli flakes 1 tsp or to taste
crushed corinader 2 tbs
roasted and cruhsed cumin 1 tbs
turmeric 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
fenugreak leaves 1 tsp
carom seeds 1 tsp
Fresh coriander and nigella seeds as required optional
oil and flour for layering
oil for frying as required

Mam any difference preparing paratha frm wheat flóur or maida, given all hope, wheat flour im not succesful thnks for ur tips.

Yes dear,,wheat flour don't have much gluten that's why parathas from wheat flour are somehow hard and not soft,,from meda (refined flour) it will be soft,,if you want to make from wheat flour then add half and half,,like 2 cups meda and 2 cups wheat flour or 1 cup meda and 1 cup wheat flour
