Ingredients:

• Mutton (Goat meat, bone-in) - 1.5 Kg
• Curd/Yogurt (thick) - ½ cup (125 ml)
• Onion - 600 grams (4 medium sized used in paste, rest is sliced)
• Tomato, medium sized - 2 pc
• Ginger - 50 grams
• Garlic - 30 grams
• Green chillies - 3 to 4 pc (or use according to taste)
• Turmeric powder - 1 ½ teaspoon
• Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
• Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
• Kashmiri Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
• Garam masala powder - ½ teaspoon
• Water - 1 cup (250 ml)
• Sugar - 1 teaspoon
• Mustard oil - half cup
• Salt to taste
Whole spices for tempering the oil:
• Green cardamom - 5 pc
• Black cardamom - 1 pc
• Cinnamon stick - 2 inch
• Cloves - 4 to 5 pc
• Bay leaves - 2 pc
• Dry red chillies - 2 pc
