The Youth Clubs were shut down in the 90s, that didnt help. Community Leaders from all backgrounds are trying their bit. Religious organisations get together and have SACRE/Interfaith Meetings as part of understanding each other and building cohesion.

So I’m talking from my personal opinion and experiences as I know thousands of Ex Muslim women who have married Hindu men. I was born in a religious Sunni Muslim family. I have lived 23 years of my life as a Muslim, before becoming a Hindu. Hinduism is a religion that gives you freedom to live and the freedom to choose. It’s a religion and culture that encourages questioning and critical thinking, unlike the straitjacketed approach of Islam, according to which if you do not do what you are told, you are threatened with terrible horrors on earth as well as after death. The very fact that Hinduism has multiple deities, multiple versions of the holy books (for example: Versions of Ramayana - Wikipedia ) itself means it is a religion that encourages multiple viewpoints and differences in thinking. This is a very refreshing change from an approach where you are told that if you do not believe and follow the teaching of Quran you will have your hands and feet cut, you will be killed, and then burn in eternal hellfire. Hinduism is open to change and reform, unlike Islam. An example is the Sati practice, which was a practice very oppressive against women, but is not followed any longer. Compare that with oppressive practices of Islam like triple talaq, nikah halala, multiple wives, forcing women to cover themselves in black burqa head to toe, etc, which are all medieval practices that have no place in modern society, but are still followed because Quran is claimed to be “God’s teachings” and therefore not open to reform, and if you do not follow, you are threatened with horrible punishments on earth and in hell after death. Hindus are generally more friendly, open and welcoming, and are secure in themselves without feeling a need to dominate others for no reason. This is to do with their culture and is related to the points I’ve mentioned above. However, Muslims are generally unnecessarily aggressive and always try to be needlessly domineering. This is also a major turnoff for many thinking Muslims, who want to live normal, peaceful lives with their neighbours without unnecessary aggression. All the Muslim girls who have got married in Hindu homes are healthier, and suffer much less from sex related issues or psychiatric disorders. The major ailments of the Muslim women are - Chronic Anxiety Disorder Ulcer in the colon and duodenum Ectogenic pregnancy Uterine cysts Uterine prolapsus Menstruation problems Ovarian cysts. I am in touch with numerous women who have gone to Hindu homes. They are far better.

I'm Third Gen Immigrant. I have a Hindu neighbour to my left and a Jamaican neighbour to my right. When my family go out and we have to leave keys for our children, we leave them with my Hindu Brother or Jamaican Sister. When my neighbours go out, they ask us to keep an eye on their homes and collect any parcels. There are neighbours of various nationalities in our street and we get on well. When Christmas, Diwali, Guru Nanak's Birthday and Eid are celebrated we send gifts to each other. Dont let the Media etc divide you and blind you? A lot of hard work has been done to develop community cohesion.

We have people coming coming into the Communities from war-torn countries, countries that do not hold the same values and freedoms that we do here. These people are not integrated, they are not taught our laws and they have absolutely no respect for any other religion than their own. These people are essentially bought into the country dumped here given free Healthcare schooling housing and benefits and are then placed into multicultural communities. Many of these immigrants come from religious backgrounds which are extremist and completely intolerable when it comes to others religions. This intolerance is what leads to these type of crimes. The immigration process needs to be corrected violence against other religious groups laws and punishments need to be completely amended and be harsher and we need an immigration process which includes educating new arrivals on the laws rules and social procedures of our Society such as freedom of speech freedom of expression and freedom of religion which are those that are most violated by immigrants from other countries.

We need ONE culture, not many, colour is irrelivent. It should be mandatory to speak english, or be learning it. The incoming peoples need to adapt to US, then they are welcomed and befriended by the locals. If they turn up, group together, and have rules counter to the local culture, and refuse to work with locals in the same way as they work with each other, problems will occur, as the jews have found out several times in history. In leicestor, you have two asian populations who dont get on for both political and religious reasons, and its created tensions. Both groups here are in the wrong because they are failing to both intergrate into britain with ALL that involves including forgetting prior national allegencies, and hence forgetting they were enemies in the past.

All schools don't promote nor have such values in display. A school I attended in the East end of Glasgow; currently the primary1 class stands at 13 different languages (not including english) spoken in class. I am not critiquing children here btw. In addition, a cousin of mine was denied her young son's enrollment into said school in January. This is despite his older siblings both current attendees; her and husband born and bred within the local area, both former pupils themselves?? Said school does not have any signage identifying British or 'Scottish' values (🙄 y'know what herr nippy's like, but NAW - Nae Scottish signage either) Her son's 2 nursery friends were given a placement, and that's how we're privy to the information above. They also have older siblings attending. We feel that name's have been picked out of a hat basically. In order to distribute the amount of, and the 'massive shortage' of places. My cousin's family were instructed by council and school to enrol child in another school just over a mile & a half away 😳 This caused so much upset and inconvenience for parents' work commitments and childcare issues. Again, the working poor being punished in Nippy's wannabe independientemente Alba 🤷‍♀️ They eventually decided to hold him back, a year's wasted in his development, when he's more than ready for school. Although - it has been said - doesn't automatically guarantee a place for 2023🤦‍♀️ Hence I dispute that "all school's/nurseries/education establishments promote or abide to such values" (and I'm aware the interjection I made is unconnected to video content but I'm getting to that in a second). What about religious based schools that are operating too 🤔 and uncertified, some that have been found operating? I apologise for the "poverty" aspect not resonating with me regarding this. Originally I come from one of the most deprived areas of Glasgow, where life expectancy was and may very well still be - 53yrs for a male. I feel qualified enough to own an opinion on this. The area I was raised, similar to lots of poor areas of Glasgow, there was and is 'sectarianism' (not solely linked to poor areas). I have a mixed family and grateful for that. Throughout the years: education and joint working community partnership's, joint workshops for children, investment in areas (the former all well halted for a few years now) banning alcohol from stadiums, a ban on basically selling alcohol 24/7, and earlier kick-off times of matches Rangers/celtic, has reduced violence and helped a bit with community cohesion over the years. There's still work to be done. Firstly, it wouldn't be tolerated by polis and authorities. Secondly, it's almost always alcohol induced in Scotland, any fighting or rioting between factions. The elders of our family have confirmed it isn't today like it was in the past. Major improvements had. Ultimately, we live harmonious together 99.9% of the time. Neighbours friends families. Parts of Glasgow are very like Northern Ireland, the rioting wouldn't be tolerated nor excused (by any sides) if we swap Leicestershire for Ulster or Glasgow, just for a minute here. So why is it being, or perhaps has been tolerated in England for weeks now? By the polis, the authorities basically the entire state? England and Wales has always been free of any sectarianism. Why, as Mr Patel mentioned, something like "embracing the values of the nation" that he's been taught in his religion (mirroring our own British values by the way, i.e. welcoming & embracing other cultures, us even dedicating days to celebrate them) isn't working well alongside his given said examples of those "who disagree fundamentally with British values of liberalism, secularism, free 💬 & I'm gonna take offence at that"...."and I want thing's changed so I've got special privilege" .....therefore the 'multiculturalism' aspect as a whole is under threat and not working.🤷‍♀️ As we have 2 very distinct outlook's on how to live in british society? But the issue being Mr Patel's version and outlook applies to most of us and the vast majority of our society. It isn't anyone else demanding such changes or privilege?? Or indeed in disagreement over our own culture and values. Why, as I've said, is it solely Mr Patel speaking out? I respect him wholly and grateful for him sharing his story and opinion, what I mean is - it's time for authorities to put down the stamp on this. This intolerance? No? I agreed with Mr Patel at the beginning, when discussing secular societies free speech and so forth. But afterwards I'm not sure of much. The poverty that I know doesn't show teens, young men and those males right through to 50s+ in designer or expensive branded clothing? Some tracksuits on display are real expensive 😳 let alone the shoes, jackets etc in these videos. Nor is that poverty related to high powered vehicles pulling up, or cars like audi BMW, even VWgolf and Toyota. Again, that type of poverty is alien to me. So yes, the area may be known as deprived we are discussing, but there is also money on show in some of the videos I've seen?? And I've watched since tail end of August - infact some of them now been taken down?? 😯 Sadly, this is much much more than a cricket match result 😢 Time to be reasonable and responsible 'you in charge' - government and authorities - we cannot, no longer accept or tolerate intolerance - never!!
