I think this has helped me realise that if a movie is entertaining I will watch it, I watched this movie as a kid and loved it. I literally had it on repeat. I would watch the train scene over and over. I watched it recently and still really liked it. Yes it was dumb and cringy and generic, but it was entertaining, like I would laugh about how bad and cringy it was. Yes nostalgia has definitely played a factor. You know what else was entertaining?
