Now matter what anyone says about “lose sleep” or wake up at 4am…ignore that. Your mind, body, and health need sleep. Get 8 hrs straight of sleep. Adjust your time you go to bed instead so your 8hrs ends at 5, 6, or 7am. Get sleep or pay the consequences. ❤
