I can testify that these products work. I don’t take them but my husband does. I have never taken them because most herb energy pills make me nauseous. However, he has been taking them for years and let me just say….His short term memory gets scary sharp. If I leave something like my sunglasses somewhere in the house- he knows exactly where I left them after briefly seeing them in passing from a peripheral view. He remembers EVERYTHING. I kind of hate it sometimes because he becomes a “know it all” and gets in his zone and becomes a workaholic. So yah. There’s a wife’s testimony.

While I'm behind the idea of cognitive enhancement through nootropics, this onnit company seems more concerned with flashy marketing than with the safety of its own products. For example, the company proudly touts that they use only the best in standardized nutritionals, yet they use hazardous food dyes to color their capsules which have no nutritional value and are nothing more than a "cool way" to provide an aesthetic appeal to their pills.

Besides if Alpha Brain works or not, this is a very good example for a bad interview. The interviewer should have sat on the left side of the camera so that the view point of the interviewee crossed the view axis of the camera. Interview 101.

I just watched a video of a neurologist who took Alpha Brain & also analyzed two placebo-controlled studies of this product. I found that video to be much more reliable than this one by Dr. Lazar.

This product is terrible. Took it and got cold sweats within the first hour and felt very foggy not focused at all and actually threw up in my mouth as it upset my stomach quite a bit. I tried it on there separate days to make sure it wasn’t just a one time feeling and had the same results everyday. It completely curbed my appetite and gave me headaches,I didn’t eat for at least 4-5 hours and got nothing done. It also took 4 months to get to me. One thing to keep in mind when buying this is most people see this because joe rogan takes it and swears by it but he has a stake in the company and profit from every bottle purchased. So don’t get sucked in.

This doesn’t have the budget for a teleprompter. They’re most likely just writing the words on a board for him to read off-screen, which is why he keeps looking over in the intro and speaks to the right for the entire video rather than directly to camera; which is what a teleprompter would look like. Either way, he’s reading & saying what they’re telling him to and he’s definitely being paid to be there.

“Unique formulation,” “helps memory formation,” “some of the ingredients have been used for memory enhancement.” He does not explain which specific ingredients and how alpha brain’s “unique formulation” assists with any of these functions.
@adarshrajbhatt65573 жыл бұрын
That's alright, he probably had a good enough reason to not explain the details of the incredients that impact memory formation, such as those details making this video potentially lengthy and outside the understanding of normal non-medical people. He did emphasize that Alpha Brain's unique formulation helps in memory formation and that should be enough for most people (like me). Try the product out once. If it doesn't work out for you, don't try it again. It's as simple as that.
