Makes me speed. i mainly take it for the alpha gpc because i couldn't find just Alpha gpc at wal mart.

Alpha brain def did something to me, I think it helped me focus but not in the way I wanted it to. And different than caffeine. But I’ve watched 2 of your videos on reviews and they all paint the product in a negative manner. I guess these products are all scams😢
