World economic forum scientists are on record, stating that isolation of this odd ailment derived from ticks could be used as a weapon in favor of environmentalism. It could easily be engineered into mosquitoes and deliberately unleashed on the population by those in power who have an agenda. We should be concerned.

Thank you for the info. My daughter contracted Alpha Gal and Lyme over 18 years ago. She was misdiagnosed for over 9 years and it took its toll drastically on her physical and mental health as well as the financial toll.

I've got alpha gal. Thank you for talking about it, I was honestly shocked and disappointed at how little my doctor and even my allergist seemed to know about it. The food industry is hiding mammal in almost everything, so the more awareness of this, the safer a lot of people will be. Maybe they will start taking mammal out of non-meat themed foods eventually, and maybe doctors will misdiagnose less and less.

I have been diagnosed with AGS sense early July and I am looking into SAAT treatment. It's essentially tiny acupuncture needles that are placed in your ear for a few weeks and seems so have a high success rate. I am from Barhamsville, VA. Best Wishes to anyone dealing with this new condition.

For 15 years I have been told I have GERD following gallbladder removal for a chest pain that still continued. Took forever for us to link IBS symptoms, severe muscle spasms, and chest pain to consuming a dinner hours ago. I have noticed the fattier parts are much worse, and unfortunately I am not even able to be around beef fumes, it'll be 20 minutes or less.

Biofilm busters plus antimicrobials,antiparasiticals , then binders, is what I would be doing, same for mold candidia and microbial overgrowth and even cancer . Carnivore and heart and soil to gain strength once the infections are cleared .❤

I’ve had it 7 years from a tick bite in South GA on Jekyll Island. It took me a year to get the histamines under control. I’ve learned to deal with it. Bacon I miss deeply.

Hi thanks for the interesting info on Alpha Gal. I am one of a small but growing number of people who have this in East coast Australia. The research and knowledge of this is very limited here and I would be interested to hear if there is possibly success in desensitising as I recently saw a immunologist who at first believed she could reverse it and now is hesitant on its overall effectiveness and would not proceed. Would 'Heart and Soil' like to expand their knowledge reach to Australia? I am currently doing my own research and found your interview a little ray of light.

I've had alpha gal now for a couple years. It was rough in the beginning. I'd get terribly sick. As time went on I'd still eat what I wanted, but had gotten pretty good at just avoiding mammal products. My diet became a lot of chicken, turkey, and fish. If I had mammal products, like steak, I'd just pop a couple of immodiums, and I'd be fine other than some minor stomach aches. One thing, however, I never gave up, just simply refused too, was pizza. Lol I did not care how sick I got, and believe me, there were times I would have rather died than feel that level of gut pain. The only time I'd feel that pain is when I'd forget to take immodium with the pizza. However, I have noticed in the recent months. That pizza doesn't seem to bother me as much as it used to. In fact, I haven't taken much immodium at all, other than on rare occasions. If I knew I'd be on the road for a long period of time and just didn't want to risk being sick, I'd take some. But I still eat a lot of pizza, it's probably 3 to 4 times a week. From all different places. In the last two months or so I haven't been getting sick and haven't been taking immodium. So hearing about this decensitizing, it seems to line up with what's going on with me. I had pizza yesterday, feel completely fine today. If you have alpha gal, immodium is your friend. Your best friend. One other note you mite try, I have no idea if there's any research to explain this, but I typically eat once a day. Started that awhile back and just got used to it. But I have noticed that by doing that, it really seems to help out when I'd eat mammal products. Just didn't seem to get nearly as sick when I'd only have the one meal. Everyone always seems to focus on red meat with alpha gal, but it's not just red meat. It's the alphagalactose molecule, that's where the name alpha gal comes from. It's a molecule only found in mammals. All mammals have it. So beef, pork, deer, elk, antelope, milk, cheese, and so on. All mammal products can/will make you sick. Poultry and sea food you're good to go. If your in the early stages of alpha gal, I feel for yea. And if you really want steak, than order in some ostrich steaks. Dark red meat that tastes like ribeye. No alpha gal. It's pricy stuff, but man it's worth every bite if you're craving a good steak without getting sick. If you're going to eat out and not eat vegan, grab a box of immodium to take with you. I always took two pills before a big meal and it does wonders as far as keeping you from dying on the toilet. Benadryl also helps with other side effects, on rare occasions I'd take one before bed after having a large steak dinner. Hope that long rant helps you out. Stay strong, it does get easier as time goes on. P.S. They can make just about anything out of ground turkey, burgers, breakfast sausages and so on. Good luck.

i am 68yo. i have been told my ags may go back as far as my mid childhood. i have had all the symptoms to a degree all my life. i feel victimized by this damn thing and the med system. one of my dr says i have sibo and the alpha-gal is another issue. another dr says the alpha-gal is causing the sibo symptoms. i tried the anti-biotic treatment for the sibo. only a slight change and very short lived. so, the alpha-gal has been doing all this damage for decades to my body. i have never had a serious reaction. just a very slow snowballing process from my sinuses to every part of my gut. johnnie.... when you say "injections", is that like with a needle?

I am suspecting Alpha gal since last May i have similar syptoms. I diagnosed my self but not clinical tested. Recently i discussed with my GP but he seems unaware of such allergy. He did give me simple meat allergy blood tests. will those test find out the Alpha Gal or there is specific test for it??.. I am in UK, London. I am 100% sure its Alpha Gal but GP initially give me antiboitics, the other doctor I saw said its bed bug (rubbish) or may be scabbies. Why doctors in Uk are unaware of this syndrome? If I eat red meat, in 4 to five hours my body gets red extremely itich spots. but when I take diary products I get body ache, wearedo sensation through out the body but no hives. please please let me know if there is specific test so I can request from GP.

Never been bitten by a tick but have symptoms of AGS - in the past 10 years I’ve had reactions (usually both vomiting/diarrhea) after eating beef and never linked that it could be AGS. Can anyone explain if this reaction is coming from eating beef from a tick bitten cow, for example? I reckon the chances of an animal who grazes and mostly lives outside would be more susceptible to getting bit by multiple ticks, rather than a human. Not saying humans don’t get bitten by ticks but I’m 95% sure I’ve never gotten bitten by one. So if we eat beef from a tick-bitten cow then those with this sensitivity can suffer from the alpha-gal infected beef?

i had to stop @ 4 to comment. I live in charlottesville va - minutes ago got diagnosed and have been having such bad GI disorders and after an 8 month lag time to get seen by a gastro, my blood shows i have it. Thought it was gluten this whole time. WOW - currently mindblown and spiraling lol but yeah, this definitely has been a terrible experience and it makes sense as 80% of my protein intake is beef based.
@bethparrock2637

I thought gluten was the culprit too, eliminated it but was still not well. I went to the doctor and told them I wanted the test as a friend has this. I’ve since gone to an allergist and I’m not allergic to wheat but I need to be careful with gluten as bread can have other ingredients that aren’t alpha gal friendly

Are white rice and sweet potatoes animal based foods? How much honey and heart to eat per day? And also, is it ok if I eat 200 grams of cheese a day, or is it going to harm me?
