Alpha is at Lenox Mall in Atlanta, GA shopping for new white sneakers. His old ones are awesome but they have gum sole which makes them look a casual. In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, Pete & Pedro , Ollie, and ENEMY says the minimal white sneaker is one of the most perfect shoes a guy can own. This video was NOT SPONSORED.
For white minimal sneakers, he’s going to try both high and low end. Here’s what he finds:
He’s heads to Macy’s first which he tries Cole Haan ($119). They are comfortable but he questions the metal eyelets.
Next he goes to Neiman Marcus which he spies a $495 pair of Givenchy but they don’t have his size. He then gets stopped for filming - but got some footage of Common Projects ($450) he tried on. The profile is slimmer which made his foot look bigger.
Later he heads to Bloomingdales where he finds To Boot New York for $350 but no one comes to help him … so he leaves for Suit Supply.
Suit Supply has a white suede for $179 which he tries on. Suit Supply instructs on how to elevate a classic sneaker and take it above it a jean - wear it with a suit and sport coat with casual fabric. It creates a casual elegance.

I bought the Givenchy sneakers a few years ago- great quality and build but not so comfortable. You made the right call not buying them, but they certainly last. I think Santoni makes sneakers that are worth the splurge in terms of comfort, and the quality is great. I bought a white and a black pair in Milan, and have walked around all day wearing them feeling zero pain in my feet. They are definitely the winners for me in terms of high end sneakers.

I did some research on all types of white sneakers out there and came to find out that the Idrese Nuno’s are a better quality and construction then that of the Common Projects at half the price. They wrinkle less due to there 2.0mm thick leather and with a leather insole with a cork insulation and steal shank you can’t go wrong.

I know for certain that my only pair of suit supply sneakers from last summer are made in Romania. It's very hidden away and they try and hide it. Maybe they switched where they make the shoes and I'm not saying the VP would lie per say but if they were made in Italy I would think they would wanna show it and it would be said in the item description on the website or put on the inside of the shoe under the name or on the sole of the shoe. I'm biased to the common projects as I have like 7 pairs so it broke my heart a little to not see you choose those😂. I like to buy sneakers on eBay or grailed lightly used for a good discount. Great video though alpha!

I love Thursday boots sneakers. I have white, black, coffee, brown, toffee and dark blue. Perfect design, hard wearing, well built. As an older gentleman the simple clean design suits my aesthetic when I am not wearing a suit.

I have a pair of white Puma Turin 2 and another of white Puma Match Emboss. Both cost less than $40, amazing shoes, comfortable to wear for hours and easy to clean. No need to spend a lot on some simple all white sneakers.
