I have an issue that might be related to this. I can access my Facebook account and even do things like change my password but I am unable to change the email address associated with my Facebook account in the account settings and then contact information settings. Every time I attempt to add a new email address (it doesn't let you change the address you have) I get an email asking me to log in and do this from a "recognised device". I have attempted to change my email address from every device I own and every browser that I use to no success.
