am having an absolute same issue from last 24 hrs. have tried all the possible methods but non of them work. I can't get into my account. I'm not getting a verification code after putting in my phone number and it gives the option to check other verification methods but that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. HELP!! Your directions were spot ON but I keep getting stuck when I am asked to submit my 6-digit authentication code that I do not have. Last week I tried to change my password and was asked for the 6-digit code ( i don't know it) and have submitted my license to confirm my identity 3 times already. 24 hours later, I get an email telling me to click on a link and use the temporary password provided and then it asks for my 6-digit code again. Please, make video when we don't have code from Google Authenticator, but Facebook want this code. I try all options(ID page doesn't work, sms - same, with profile on friend I send I have a problem and so and so) I wrote on Google for this problem and they said I should send email on Facebook.
