My daughter had some friends over to my house while they were in high school. One of the young men murdered and dismembered a man later in life. It blows my mind that he had been In my house. Then, my daughter also was friends with a young lady in high school whose older sister was involved with a stalker. He arrived at the friend’s house, raped my daughter’s friend and their other friend who had gone home with her. The man also shot and killed her friend’s dad. My daughter was supposed to go home with her also, but her dad said absolutely not…not this time! THANK GOD! So, yes, we did know two murderers.

I’ve know at least two. One was a coworker who sat feet from me and was well liked and well respected. He got high as fuck at a party and killed a friend in a fight. He turned himself in. The second one? My prom dates dad! Guy was a serial killer after family money, slowly killing off family members over a span on several decades. (I had two other prom dates. One became a Catholic priest and one a gay prostitute. I had dismal luck with prom dates, lmao.)

I work in the water industry. One of the houses I test water from is a former cop who got acquitted for "accidentally" shooting and killing another officer despite so much evidence to the contrary. So I can say I've met and spoken to a murderer.

I went to college with a murderer. James Holmes. The guy that shot up the Aurora, Colorado theatre. I graduated in 2007, he graduated in 2010. Both our majors crossed a lot of paths and required a lot of the same classes. I didn’t know him but it wouldn’t surprise me if we had a class or 2 together along with passing each other.

8:00 According to the FBI, you walk passed 5 murderers every day...and you know, I actually knew two. In 2019, I became friends with a bunch of random people on the way to work and when they disappeared for a while, I discovered the truth of it. Two of them were murderers and they litterally killed someone that day i met them. The way they were just happy, joking, full of fun is somewhat scary.

@kathywiseley4382 they'll moonlight as sociopathic, violent offenders, but mess with someone they respect and have had a genuine connection with, and they turn into neighborhood heroes, defending the honor of their community to the point of placing themselves in harm's way. Almost confusing but not at the same time! Ha

I walk past one everyday. I have a student who beat murder charges for self defense… but that doesn’t mean he’s not a murderer… he’s 17, and no, he’s not a bad kid… just stupid choices and stupid friend choices. He’s been 100% good since he moved out of that situation and is currently pulling straight As. Just goes to show that if you hang around the barbershop you’re bound to get a haircut.

One person I knew as long as she got the right meds she was fine. One time the doctor scribbled the prescription worse that usual and she got the wrong meds from the clinic. She ended up hearing voices and someone ended up stabbed to death. She was found mentally insane at the time due to the mismanagement of her medication and it was proven she took her medicine as directed because she had to have proof from the clinic that she took it before going to work, daily, 6 days a week. She could not report to work without the pass from the clinic, she was employed the entire time, and the employer had a log of all of the passes for her case in court.

I doubt that Walmart is vetting candidates for their ability to stock shelves. They are probably looking to hire the candidates that are least likely to steal from them as they stock shelves. Major retailers think employee theft is more of a problem than customer theft.😢

I lost 4 family members in the last 18 mo., ALS, Cancer, Dementia, Murder. and while I was only present when 1 passed, I can't imagine your struggle. I know its not the same, and Its been 10 years since I had to honor my friends' DNR and Power of Attorney and authorize the doctors to turn off his ventilator and then stand there watching him go. It was horrible. I know he didn't want to live like that, and it was his decision, so I can't imagine the extra burden of losing someone out of the blue in front of you. @elaineb7065
@elaineb7065 2 ай бұрын
I've heard cruise ships are chosen for old people to live their final years of life on board, as apparently they are: cheaper than retirement homes, less likely to abuse their guests, & if you get the right package they will feed you & provide soft drinks for no extra cost. You don't have to go too far if you don't want to, there's always somebody to take care of you, you never have to make your bed. And when you die you'll be found by the housekeeper within hours, rather than left for weeks in some apartment because nobody visits you. So this was the least surprising fact for me

But when there is no reason for being sad, why not decide to just be happy? Life is serious enough. And if ouy are angry, maybe the first few minutes are sudden reaction ... but how long you will stay angry ... that is you and your decision! Noone can force you to be mad or angry, if you do not play the accomplice. So take the decision to be happy as often as you can! 😊😊😊

TSA-because I have an ileostomy, I have to be patted down and have my hands swabbed. Since TSA employees cannot touch my bag, they have me ‘prove’ there’s no bomb making materials in it by showing the bag doesn’t have a bulge, however some lines get super long and if my body decides to defecate as I wait, my bag fills up with stool making it bulge. Even when that’s happened they’ve never once questioned me about it. I feel the TSA checked especially with shoes is just performative and a waste of time and money to employ people

Nurses vs. MDs: Nurses minds, being more females, are cleaner than more-male doctors! Coprophagia is not unique, many animals do it: rabbits, dogs, chickens, even humans (a particular gourmet coffee is made from pre-digested coffee beans that have passed through a particular type of monkey (Rhesus monkeys and Formosan rock macaques). IDK how many murderers I've walked past, but I KNOW I've been in the presence of ONE! He came to the hospital where I worked looking for his gf, & ended up at our nurses station! He had killed a man, had the body in the trunk of his car in our parking lot, & wanted her to help him bury it in the Civil War Battlefield Park next to us! She refused, & reported him when he left her floor, but before he got back to his car a visitor noticed "something dark" leaking from the trunk & reported it to Security who called the police! He WAS caught!

I have to say the wonders shock me. The most was that Walmart had a lower acceptance rate than Harvard given the type of people that actually work there…

When I was getting prepped for my first surgery, I was freaking out and scared out of my mind. They came in and gave me something to "relax me". Within a minute or two, I was laughing so hard. My mom asked what I was laughing at and I said, "Woody Woodpecker is flying around outside the television screen. "

9:57 Human meat: I am not surprised that it lacks calories, because it has been said that it has no nutritional value and you always end up hungry, which is why according to the legend, you become cursed with constant hunger...
