AlphaRak (bedrack) unboxing and review | Product Review

AlphaRak creates patented roof-racks/bed-racks with the unique design of having a built-in LED light in the rack.
The AlphaRak is a modular design which works with a slotting system like a few other rack designs. They can built from aircraft-grade aluminium, making them very strong and sturdy. The side corners are plastic, but regardless, they feel very solid and have survived the offroading I have done with the rack. The LED light is an awesome accessory for providing ambient light at the campsite, night drives or as a working light. It is a RGB strip right around the bed-rack and with most LED devices it has thousands of features, colors and effects to play with. It can even sync with your music and pulse at the beat of the music.
Along with the rack, I received an array of accessories. These accessories feel even more rigid than the rack itself, providing me ease of mind when I have them bolted onto the rack.
I have done good real-life testing with it thus far and it's holding out superbly. The AlphaRak is rated for 300lbs and I have had three adults on the rack without any issues. In the near future I hope to mount a rooftop tent on the bed-rack which will be the main use of the roof-rack for my build.
As of posting this video: The AlphaRak is $1'399.95 and they ship internationally, they also have a large array of accessories to choose from. The shipping rates and taxes will differ and it was 2 weeks and my shipment arrived at my doorstep!

Quite impressed with the Alpharack. Probably the first rack we've seen with built-in led strips!
