If there's an error you'll need to contact the supplier of your test strips. This is a special tag that comes with the strips.

What if we lost the code strip, how to set up without it..

Have to have the code strip. They are tied to the bottle. May try contacting alphatrak directly. Thanks.

the second i put mine in it says “Error code” why is that ? it doesnt allow me to test or or change it.

The code strip broke off in the meter. How else do I set the code?

You will need to contact alphatrak directly. As you won't be able to use the meter with part of the strip broken off inside.
