You gotta check out the whole HAIK video with her. The entire day is a surprise to her... she didn't know about the forest concert, and the choir joining in was the final surprise. Her voice is just so perfect.

As others have noted, the male choir that joined her was a surprise as part of this whole day that was planned with the show/documentary this comes from, and you can tell how surprised and elated she was when they first joined her. Love the reactions man; keep up the AURORA reactions. She's an incredible artist.

Loved your comment about her tears being a token of what we all can do locally to preserve our precious nature which is rapidly being destroyed around the world. It's nice to think about but I fear it's not nearly enough, we must work together to stop the exploitation and change how we are thinking also in our business life.

Did anyone already point out that the HAIK concert (Norwegian for hitchhike and pronounced the same as hike) was the culmination of a day of surprises for her - something P3 does for their musicians. She always dreamed of having a concert in a forest - they gave her that gift, gathering family, friends and fans, as well as a surprise male chorus for The Seed. She didn't know what she was going to sing until it happened. :) There are two different HAIK videos - one of her day of delights, and one of the entire concert in the woods.

There is a full concert which has six songs (I think). Also, there is a documentary which leads to this concert. aurora -Haik gives an insight to who Aurora is. It’s also a pretty cool idea for a TV show. Documentary is about 40-45 minutes. The concert is about a half hour.

You have a much deeper understanding than most. You should watch the haik documentary to get a true understanding of this concert. Aurora knew she had an engagement but had no idea of the scope. She did not know the male backup singers were there. They were dressed as part of the audience. The venue was a complete surprise to her. It is well worth watching as her personality is all on display. I guarantee you will love it. You might think about reacting though it would take over an hour.

The music video for "The seed" is more obvious, referring directly to the climate, and the youth doing the climate strikes last year. But I think you got the core message, that a ruined earth can't sustain life, and no amount of money can change that. It is cool to see you really engaging with Auroras music.

I discovered Aurora a year ago. And after seeing the official videos Runaway, The Seed and WinterBird along with the live recordings of her covers I was hooked. I agree that this version (and the entire concert) is so very special, but even more so to people who already love Aurora and understand the story behind this event. We all have those days. Not mad at you. The end music definitely isn’t for everyone. As for the background noise, that isn’t the mic tuning. It’s actually the fans from my PC. I’ve thought about doing a studio-type setup and moving everything over to another room but I haven’t invested the time into doing so yet. As such. My massive PC is spinning its fans right under where the camera is positioned and it is extremely difficult to cut the fans out of the audio. Hope your week gets better!
