Ryan Siew got his start as a 14 year old doing insane guitars covers of bands like periphery. He the joined the band Polaris as their guitarist. He recently passed away at the age of 26, which has sent shockwaves across the modern metalcore scene as he was one of the best and most influential guitar players. In regards to the video, this was filmed before his death and he plays guitar towards the end of Akudama around 2:23
