The B7 Turbo was the fastest 4-door car in the world until Alpina introduced this car, the B7S Turbo. The B7S was a limited-edition series, only 60 cars were built between November 1981 and May 1982. So if you have one of these, keep it.

Thank you for this gorgeous presentation of a phantastic limousine! 500Nm in these times (the 600 SE(L|C) BR140 in 1991 had 580 with its 6l V12 engine, ten years later..)… and the whole car in original state, wow!👍🏻👏👍🏻

Yes, in its time, it was the fastest sedan in the world, even though AMG was modifying the Mercedes W116 6.9 during that period. There is very little information available about these cars, but according to some sources I found, they could have approached the 400 hp mark.
