I am ordering the 9887 this week and the only thing I couldn't figure out was why it had different color setups in different pics, you've cleared that up thank you.

I currently have an Pioneer in my car, I am going to upgrade to the 9887. I do have a question about the display. With my Pioneer I can put a "screen saver" on the display. Does the Alpine offer anything like this. Also if you get a chance can you upload a video of the "blackout" feature?

Anyone know how to change the power button,band/ta button and fastforward/rewind button colour on the alpine cde-102ri, accordin to the manual there are 4 lighting options, just need to figure out how to change it from the default setting of blue.

@xxsnowball10xx at the same gain level high preout voltage = louder. but its not necesarilly good for the speaker, or the amp
