Thanks for the review! I know these are good for blocking noise but how about still hearing communication in helmets, any thoughts?

I think they would be fine in combo with comm units. When I'm riding and recording I can still hear everything.

Is it easy to put them in without the applicator? I want to get a pair, but can't imagine needing to use a tool to put them in every time I put my helmet on. Thank you for the review!

I've never used the applicator. I have no trouble putting them in or taking them out. Thanks for watching!

Do these help with loud exhausts

I think they would help some, but probably not enough for very loud exhausts.
