Nice carving! Who are the riders? When? BOL members? East/ West Coast, Does this mean one rider is EC and other WC? Explain please.

I believe it means EC (also european) style snowboarding which consists of carving on hard pack.... with west coast powder snowboarding

What kind of deck is that from 0:26 to 0:55? Nice, relaxed style, BTW. Wish I was that good.

I'd say you should try to increase your genuflexion movement for a less passive style. You could even invert the move to gain more speed. Otherwise, nice rides. I hope you enjoyed it.

Maynard and carving go good together.

Even though I'm replying to a 3 yr. old post;; Frank, the hands become 'feeler gauges', letting you know you're body position relative to the snow. If your hand 'skims', then you've got to back off a tad. It's kinda like when a Superbike racer pokes the inside knee out mid-turn, although, I'd rather break a finger than shatter a knee! I'm guessing the guy in red is an Easty Beasty. He's running a narrower stance, set forward (a mistake in groomed soft-ness), and is more dynamic at the knees/hips, ready for that iciness that actually isn't there. The other guy, looks lazy by comparison, but, in soft snow, you only have to 'push' so hard, so what I see is conservation of energy by being a bit taller overall and riding a stance set-back a bit (oh, and wider deck by a few MM too). I would've loved to have been there on my 200cm Tanker, but the camera would've been too slow....

I don't know if it's just me but everything is pixelated and fragmented, makes it hard to watch and enjoy the video.
