Wow, I haven't heard this song since when I was in the 10th grade in high school. That was about 4 years ago. Back then I was opening up to different types of music and for some reason it just spoke to me. Looking at it now, I can honestly see what an impact it made in the art I made, the stuff I wrote, etc etc. Crazy how music helps shape us.

I agree with you completely, what tends to give " hipsters" a bad name is more so the fact that so many of them get so much self-satisfaction from being different that some tend to shape their entire philosophy around it. Making anybody not in their lil circle wrong. What gets me is the ones who get pissed when indie artists get the credit they deserve, some people are so self-centered they'd rather feel special for knowing a good band than said band getting more credit for their work.
