Walked into the store to buy the R10. The guys working told me not to buy it. Dopest looking helmet but not up there with overall performance. I'm now pretty keen on getting the Shoei XSPR/X15

Why do you need pinlock? I have Bell Race Star Flex DLX and the visor is great. It has never fogged up even when I ride in the rain or when I ride after a workout and my head is hot.

You probably live in the Northern Hemisphere, try living in Southeast Asia where these Pinlocks are lifesavers due to weather conditions

No helmet without Pinlock can save you in 3-5 degrees winter nights... some of us ride all year.

Even in the Netherlands where its raining lots ( probably most) of days you definitely need pin lock

Wojoo sooo a Shoei Xspirit or HKC RPHA 1 is cheaper, lighter and quieter even if you need to buy a dark visor it's cheaper. So it's only branding and maybe the looks from the Alpinestars... You really must want this for the rest better buy something else.
