It is such a lovely setup. I have the T4, which was a bit of an impulse buy. It is nice but perhaps a bit too large for one person. Also fairly tall, which can be a bit of a disadvantage when the wind really picks up. I really like the dimensions of the T1.

Yeah the T1 is my perfect summer tent for one person. So easy to pitch and ultra light. You could hold a dance in the t4 I imagine 😁

Yes I still use it. I don’t seem to get much condensation. Do you leave a gap under the outer for ventilation? Camps have been limited lately due to this horrible continuous rain/wind. Thanks for your comment. Atb

Thanks. Have look at my Dodd fell and wild boar vids. T1 used in both. The sleep compartment is quite roomy. More than enough vestibule space. I usually an emergency blanket for vestibule floor. It’s so light and easy to erect either with outer first or inner first. I do a video on how to do outer first. 👍

Have you cooked inside the tent? Some reviews suggest that's not possible but I can't see why not.

Yes I’ve done it with care. I just put the stove near the door at the front. In any case you can take a small tarp easily set up an extra cooking area. It’s still my go to summer tent. Light and v easy to pitch. See my other vids with that tent. I use the vertex pole for the tent and I’ve always got two trekking poles if I want to use a tarp. Thanks for commenting. Atb

Looking at this but the ground sheet is a lot of money would another ground sheet fit into this

I just use a sheet of thin foam you only need that under the sleeping compartment. I use an old groundsheet from a previous tent. You don’t need to buy the big square one. There’s always away round the cost.

This tent could be so much better with guy points. I really like the design but I would spend more and get the MLD Duomid.

Possibly, but I haven’t found it a problem so far. Also it would put up the cost and the weight. The best Pyramid tent arguably is the MLD that is £700 by the time you’ve bought it along with shipping and import taxes. I’ll continue to review it. Your input is valued. Atb

I used the Atompacks atom. There’s a short review on my channel. They have a long lead time and are made to order in Keswick (Brathwaitte). Super high quality and ultralight. I’ve been on the mountains all my life and the Atompack is by far the best I’ve ever used. You can customise the order. Mine is the 40 litre with a lap strap. It’s like a Tardis. It takes way more than you would think. I usually have a 6 or 7 kilo pack weight. I used to carry 12-15. Not cheap, but worth every penny imo. Mind you my tent is only a kg!

How do you pitch in on it's own

If you look at my Wild boar/swarth fell video, 12:24 mins in you’ll see I lay the tent out loosely pegging it out then insert the trekking pole or vertex carbon pole. Then you just go around and tight everything up. Just to do the outer only takes a few mins . Of course if you have a ground sheet lay that first. Very easy. Thanks for you comment. Atb
