Jazakallah! I have been trying to find a jannah video for a long time! Before this video, I've only found some from our sunni brothers and sisters who claim that Allah will reveal himself to us in heaven. Alhamdullilah that I've been able to find this video. I agree! since I've been a child I was always told about Hell but less about Paradise. That definitely instilled the fear in me however the motivation for Paradise was lacking. Since then I've been searching for discussions within our books and lectures. Definitely a topic that we should be taught more about. Also this lecture was fantastic, the last points about the satisfaction of Allah (SWT) was eye opening

We don’t accept sahaba that killed the prophet’s daughter. We reject Abu bakr and umar since prophet(saw) declared haqq is with Ali(as) in Ghadeer khum with witnesses.

@@AFNANDRAGON If your earthly life has been lived in corruption due to misleading sahaba imagine the afterlife punishment for this blind worship. You live with them, you die with them, you rise with them. You will stand before Allah on Judgement day and be questioned why you ignored these sahaba slapping and killing Fatima the prophet’s daughter and taking away her rights to fadak and disobeying Allah’s warnings in Quran. Your sahaba stole power by force and you carry on this delusion that will keep you from ever getting the fragrance of heaven.

I am a staunch follower if yours ya Sayed, May Allah continue to grant you strength in your pursuit of educating us in the path of the Ahlulbayt. Regarding paradise, my question is if the inmates of jannah are immortal, does that not imply that they'll have a trait only reserved for Allah? Is it not hard to imagine that someone will live for billions and billions of infinity years?

Hoors doesn’t refer to females. It can refer to male or female. There are male hoors for believing women as well. Allah doesn’t give preferential treatment to males or give any special reward to males just for being males. In the Quran it says rewards and punishments are equal for men and women based on what they do. Males are not treated any better or given anything special that’s just for them. I’ve asked scholars and they have said that women will be able to get multiple male hoor husbands the same way males can get multiple hoor wives.

From Where did you get your religion عن عائشة -رضي الله عنها- قالت: قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من أحدث في أمرنا هذا ما ليس منه فهو رد " وفي رواية " مَن عَمِلَ عملًا ليس عليه أمرُنا فهو رَدٌّ". ‘Ā'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever introduces into this matter of ours (meaning Islam) something that does not belong to it shall have it rejected." Another narration reads: "Whoever does something that is not in accordance with this matter of ours shall have it rejected."
