I don’t hate Layan but I can’t forget how she almost killed Mariam. If Mariam were to hit another part of her head she could’ve died. She was picked on for absolutely no reason. They begin to make Mariam a ghost or a bitter monster but she was the victim first. I don’t like that Layan got away with everything she did to Mariam. The creep is also the principal for letting Layan cover up her violent ways towards an innocent student. It’s still horrible that Mariam made that call but I honestly can’t blame Mariam for wanting to seek justice for herself when everyone else seemed to not care if she died or care about her mental health. Mariam probably should have left to another school but then Noaf stopped her with the promise that she will help her get her revenge, then she turns on Mariam last minute. Mariam was the victim till the end. Layan also dealt with an injustice of sexism by the hands of her own brother. But that’s not all on Mariam. Layan’s brother is the real monster at the end. Layan’s whole family are a little psycho to be honest.
