I'll be honest. People were like, ' I can't stop crying!', and i thought it was dramatic... By the end i was crying. The Klance got to me.... and at 2:13 I don't know why but I imagined when he leaves for the Blades but obviously, that was later on. I know the meaning of "we were always meant to say goodbye" in the song is like a couple breaking up, but with the third picture of Hunk Lance and Pidge from episode one watching shiros space pod zoomin from space makes it so much sadder honestly. They were destined to say goodbye to their friends, family ( what's left of it in pidges case), their home, and go fight in this intergalactic war. I dunno, but I think that's so much more sad than a break up. ( Fantastic art by the way, made me cry a bunch 👍)

Out of all the beautiful moments in this animatic, I have to admit the quiet “you know that I love you so” with Coran was the most poignant for me. It’s just the earnest honesty of that statement. Coran loves Allura. She’s a representation of everything he lost with Altea as well as being so important to him. He loves it all. He loves her so. He loves her enough to let her grow, to let her go.

Now this... this is everything an animatic should be. It should be a unique and repeating idea ESSPECIALLY if you decide to include many PoV's. And you mon amie, you absolutely NAILED IT! You put in scenes at the beginning between two individual characters then towards the end you did the same thing except had it all flipped! You made it so the same line meant something different to each character and it worked SO FREAKING WELL! This was so amazing and I didn't know until now that an animatic could have a plot... But you truly proved me wrong! This... this is a masterpiece. And you? You are an artist.

Voltron has brought a lot of people closer together. This show brought me and a few friends a lot closer and we all kinda bonded over it. Yes, I 100% agree season 8 and maybe season 7 kinda sucked. A lot of people, including me, didn’t like the out come. But every great thing ends, even if it’s a bad ending. This animatic really got me back in my voltron self and made me really upset that this show ended it like 2018, it’s 2020!! Voltron will always hold a special place in my heart and will always be one of my favs. Most people now have moved on and the fandoms died out. There are still people watching it and finding out about it, but they can’t enjoy it as much and when it first came out. Most people are now on BNHA or MHA. Don’t get me wrong that show it really good. But we all forgot about the show that made a lot of people into a better person. Anyways this is really long so I’m sorry but say RAZZLE DAZZLELY. This is beautiful. It makes me cry every time I listen to it, because it reminds me of why Allura and Pidge's mom are some of my favorite characters even though my friend who introduced me to the show hates them with a passion. I love Allura because she is a very strong person, If I was in her situation (everyone she knew but Coran died and she lived) I don't think I would have wanted to live on. My friend hates her because Allura is an 'air head' because when she was sick she believed the last bit of the person who she was close to and wanted to go to her home that was destroyed. Plus she says Allura gets in the way of Klance. Pidge's mom because well, she has suffered through a lot (losing all of her family) and I love her personality. My friend dislikes her because she grounded Pidge. (My friend is childish) I tried telling her that it was completely reasonable to ground your teenager when they go to space leaving you all alone in this scary world for about 4 or 5 years then think it IS OKAY TO DO THIS A YEAR AFTER YOUR HUSBAND AND SON WERE PRESUMED DEAD! yes she did find them but that doesn't repair the damage of that 1 or 2 years alone thinking that your loved ones are dead does. You shouldn't forget things like that and move on, it only causes more pain but you should try to move on remembering that it DID happen but it is over. Sorry for ranted everyone I know that knows the show I either feel like they won't like me after I share my opinion on the show or they hate both of the characters and refuse to listen to my opinions on them unless they are the same.

I've honestly never felt as much powerful, heart-wrenching, sob inducing emotions as I have watching this show than in my entire life, as bad as that sounds. This show? Its a masterpiece, and it knows not just how to tug, but how to rip and claw at your heartstrings. I love the plot, the lions, the characters, the world-building, just absolutely everything about Voltron Legendary Defender I love with all of my heart and soul and more. And this animatic channels that so perfectly. Amazing work, thank you so so much for this. I'm sure my fellow Paladins are as thankful as I am
