Alsace Bike Packing - Day 2

As the sun sets on our Alsace adventure, I’m filled with gratitude for the journey and the memories. 🚴‍♂️💨 Over a year of planning with my ride-or-die @laurent.vial.98 culminated in an epic bike packing tour that took us through the heart of Alsace, from the rolling hills to the serene flats. Inspiration for the tour came from #50itinerairesavelo Book.
We were greeted by summer skies in spring, a rare gift in 2024, which made our 4-day exploration under the sun even more magical. 🌞
We traversed amazing gravel trails, soaked in breathtaking sceneries, indulged in the finest French cuisine, and immersed ourselves in the rich tapestry of local culture and history. 🌄🍴🏰 Time stood still as we found the sweet spot between the thrill of the ride and the joy of discovery, balancing the rustic charm of camping with the luxury of cozy hotels. A huge shoutout to Laurent for orchestrating this unforgettable experience! 🙌
The crescendo of our tour was the ascent of Mont Saint Odile, where the view was nothing short of a painter’s dream, a sweeping vista of the Alsace plain and the Black Forest. 🏞️ It’s moments like these that remind us why we explore - not just to see new places, but to feel them, to become a part of them.
