I think the most egregious things is that he sees a player while he is in the open. The player isn't an immediate threat because there is a bus between them. Instead of finding cover, he just... stands there.

It is possible with perseverance and lots of help from other players/streamers for the hardest tasks, but overall extremely unlikely. Given how aqua doesn't really know how to play the game anymore I doubt he has any insight into how much harder Kappa has been to achieve since he got it last.
