I have this tree in my garden and this is such a beautiful tree and flowers are so pretty too..some says its avoided by birds but in my garden it have 1 honeycomb and 2 nests {1 of koyal and 1 of pigeon} and many squirrel keep running here and there on that tree :)

Alstonia Scholaris (Saptaparni) is a forest tree. It was called the Devil's tree because it is believed that anyone sleeping under it is taken away by the ghost residing in the tree 🙂. There is no scientific proof for this. We should plant this tree in parks, because it can get VERY BIG. And its flowers are very beautiful, and their fragrance is truly intoxicating.

Neem is 100 percent termite resistant if it can grow in your area(which hopefully it would)

Alstonia tree was there in my house, and no bird ever made a nest on it, and my brother had asthama (maybe because of that tree) with no heredity in our family. But yes it is fast growing and smells good in winter.

Elstonia sometimes destroys the boundaries of your house or even the floor it's better to plant it far away from any concrete structure
