This company is a scam. 4 years we've been paying and waiting for the chessboard. No reply to our emails for 6 months. There are hundreds of us in this situation.

My friend , I also ordered chess board in 2021 .. but 10 days before I solve my problem ,, now my board on the way ..when I recieve it , I will share with you how I solve my problem 😉

Yes yes, I got my board, at first it didn't work, there were very bad noises inside, after shaking the board a little bit it started working. I played 2 games, it's great, but there are bubbles on the surface, maybe the glue and material is not good quality

When I or the computer take a chess piece..., I take the chess piece ( completely off ) the chessboard... That way..., the chess piece is ( not ) in the way and has fewer problems... I enjoyed the video... "Semper Fi" Mike in Montana P.S.: I am glad and happy that I "Subscribed" to your excellent chess channel... Amazon is excellent for a cellphone or iPad holder, stronger, and more sturdy base, and better looking... * I am working with Square Off on a new ( NEO Z ) to "replace" my first version of Square OFF Neo... My wife wanted to give me the chessboard (swap) for Christmas 2022. We are still waiting for delivery. The support is no longer responding. Very disappointing. Be careful with this company!

Don't promote this scam company, they didn't even fullfill their kickstarter and indigogo campaigns after 4 years and just sold the majority of their company. Hope you stay exited as soon as the app isn't maintained anymore or something is broken.
