This is how i described it: Like a gray foggy forest with tall pointy pine trees, the wind clears your nose and blows your hair away like wind in a storm. You are soaring above the grey forest in the cclouds like in the point of veiw of one of those sky birds eye veiws of those ature documentaries. It kinda of reminds you of those light gray mushrooms, that feel a little bit rubbery when you chew it but it's not a chewy rubbery. That but just with more air in your lungs. Fresh air. Im not good at explaining when there are too many thoughts and words that blow through my head like clouds😄🌌

This music makes so much sense to me like taking LSD and having a cigarette alone on an empty balcony and noticing there is a crescent moon in the sky. For the people who are new to this song and think it's about heroin and love, it's not. This song is about fear and the adrenaline that ensues when you feel you are about to get punched. The bloodflood is the adrenaline, Mandela Boys is a gang in Common. CO-double-MON is a reference to Southampton Common, Joe's hometown, he once got beaten and mugged there. Bloodflood shares some lyrics with Fitzpleasure about Tralala; the novel's chapter 4 of Last Exit to Brooklyn by Hubert Selby Jr. About the prostitute who was group-raped. The pt.II lines draw upon the same violent and sexual tensions described in “Fitzpleasure”.
