It's in open D, and the chords are A - D - E used in different progressions and finger pickings. Hope that helps a bit.

tuning is DADF#AD....most of their songs are in this tune. start 12th fret and copy his chord shapes (something like Csus, f, bar12)

there's a youtube video that kind of teaches you the chord shapes. it's in french but if you can learn by ear it's not too hard.
