The Difference between a Trump Supporter and an AFD Supporter is huge: People don't vote AFD, because they feel that the party understands them, but because they are the only opposition. Most German Parties are in the left winged Area. Letting too much Immigrants in, failing Social Help for Elderlys and poor citizens and the Rise of Anti German Movements (they really exist). AFD is next to NPD one of the bigger Alternatives, but different to the NPD not right extremist.

I'd like to state my opinion about this issue since I noticed that the German comments only show one opinion, which is not the general opinion here. Of course I know many people who support the AFD and I talk with them about it since it's important to understand their way of thinking. I've met some really nice refugees and foreign students and of course there are some black sheep. But I personally think that the AFD is exaggerating and offering the wrong solutions. Our problem isn't the refugees but how we deal with them.
